As regards a tender/procurement carried out by a client of NEFCO, the client is responsible for all aspects of procurement in accordance with the NEFCO Procurement Guidelines. Accordingly, a tenderer is to address NEFCO’s client with issues, questions and complaints regarding the procurement process.

If a complaint concerns a tender/procurement carried out by NEFCO, or if the client of NEFCO does not respond promptly or the tenderer wishes to complain about the client’s handling of the procurement process, the tenderer may write to NEFCO directly. All such complaints and communications shall be addressed to the Managing Director of NEFCO.
