This notice updates the previous General Procurement Notice for this project, which was published on NEFCO’s website, section Procurement Notices (http://www.nefco.org/how_to_work/procurement_notices) on July 12, 2018.
Communal Production Enterprise “Teploenergo” of town Horishni Plavni is using the proceeds of a loan from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO), a grant from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P)* and funding from the city of Horishni Plavni for the implementation of the Horishni Plavni District Heating Project – Energy Efficiency Improvement of the District Heating system in Horishni Plavni. The Project has a total estimated cost of EUR 7.72 million and remaining procurements of goods, works and services includes:
- Supply and installation of boilers for renewable fuels based on sunflower husk with a total capacity of 8-10 MW;
- Replacement of district heating pipelines;
- Supply and installation of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin in Q3 2019.
