This project is about turn-key installation of one Individual Heat Substation (IHS) and indoor automation systems in a previously thermally modernised building of NVK school in Volochysk, in Western Ukraine.
Volochysk City Council hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use part of the proceeds of a grant from Finland Ukraine Trust Fund (FUTF), managed by the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of:
- Design works
- Supply of equipment and materials
- Logistic
- Construction and Installation works, incl.:
- Dismantling works
- Civil works
- Installation of equipment for the new IHS with connecting to the existing heating system
- Supply and installation on-line heat consumption monitoring system
- Installation of new bimetal radiators with Thermostatic Radiator Valves in the amount of 304 units
- Hydraulic balancing of the internal network
- Modernisation of the stock tanks of the DHW system
- Laying and connection engineering internal network (incl. DWS, water pipes, electrical network etc.) for the heat point room
- Installation of the fire alarm and security alarm systems
- Providing of the heating and ventilation for the heat point room
- Tests, start-up and commissioning, balancing the heating system
- Training with the development of maintenance and operating instructions
